Associate Software Engineer

This role is designed for individuals who are serious about building strong engineering foundations. You’ll work closely with experienced developers to build, test, and improve software systems while learning how high-quality products are actually developed and scaled.Key ResponsibilitiesWrite clean, efficient, and maintainable code under guidance from senior engineersAssist in developing, testing, and debugging software applicationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and designParticipate in code reviews and follow engineering best practicesTroubleshoot issues and contribute to performance improvementsLearn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and development processesMaintain technical documentation and support ongoing feature enhancementsRequired Skills & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldStrong understanding of programming fundamentals and data structuresKnowledge of at least one programming language such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C++Basic understanding of databases, APIs, and software development conceptsFamiliarity with version control systems like GitGood problem-solving and logical thinking skillsStrong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environmentGood to HaveInternship or academic project experienceExposure to frontend, backend, or cloud technologiesFamiliarity with Agile development practicesBasic understanding of testing and debugging processes
