Responsibilities include advising clients, drafting / reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, and preparing correspondence and court / regulatory filings. The role involves managing commercial disputes from initial instruction through to resolution whether by a determination by the court or arbitrator, or a negotiated / mediated settlement, liaising with clients / counter-parties / external advisors, and helping to implement the firm’s fixed-fee, efficiency-focused service model. The Associate will work closely with colleagues across bowers.law.
