Our teams operate from multiple global delivery centers, supporting Zurich’s business units worldwide.Senior Developer (Senior IAM Developer)Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced SailPoint Identity (IIQ) Developer with strong expertise in application onboarding, platform management, and Joiner–Mover–Leaver (JML) processes. This role will be responsible for onboarding applications into SailPoint IIQ, managing user lifecycle management, and managing the functionalities deployed on the platform.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and support application onboarding into SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)Configure and customize IIQ components including connectors, workflows, rules, and certificationsLead efforts to identify, remediate, and track vulnerabilities in SailPoint IIQPlan and execute patching and upgrades for SailPoint IIQWork closely with internal teams, business units, and external vendors to deliver remediation and onboarding activitiesDrive issue resolution end-to-end, ensuring SLA adherence and timely closureSupport audits, compliance requirements, and security reviews related to identity governanceTroubleshoot production issues and provide operational support as neededMaintain documentation, runbooks, and onboarding standardsTechnical Skills:8+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM)4+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity (IIQ)Proven experience with application onboarding (custom and out-of-the-box connectors)Strong implementation knowledge of IAM concepts, including identity lifecycle management, access governance, and RBACWorking knowledge of:Active Directory and Azure ADLDAP fundamentalsAWSStrong knowledge of Java, Bean shell, XML, and REST integrations within IIQExperience remediating security vulnerabilities and managing patch cyclesExperience with DevOps, CI/CD, and automation for IAM platformsStrong understanding of SLA-driven delivery and operational governanceSoft Skills:Experience coordinating with multiple vendors and managed service providersExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsCandidate Data Privacy Notice:Applicability of This Notice This job posting relates to opportunities with Zurich Digital International Private Ltd.
