We're Hiring | Associate – Structural Engineering | Wentworth (KSA) Join one of the UK's leading structural, civil, and geotechnical engineering consultancies in Saudi Arabia.Wentworth, part of the Keltbray Group, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Associate – Structural Engineer to support the growth of our Saudi Arabia operations in Riyadh.As an Associate, you will play a pivotal leadership role in delivering complex structural engineering projects, driving technical excellence, mentoring engineers, developing client relationships, and contributing to the strategic growth of the business.What You'll Be DoingLead and deliver complex structural engineering buildings designsOversee structural design solutions across both Structural and Construction engineering disciplinesManage technical quality, programme delivery, commercial performance, and client satisfactionReview and approve calculations, drawings, specifications, and engineering reportsProvide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to engineers and techniciansDrive innovation, sustainable design, and BIM implementationBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry stakeholdersSupport the Country Director with business development and help secure future opportunities through delivery excellenceWhat We're Looking ForDegree-qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering from a known reputable UniversityChartered Engineer preferred (e.g.’s CEng, MICE, CPEng or MIStructE)Minimum 10+ years' post-graduate experience with preferred minimum of 4 years experience in the middle eastExtensive expertise and passion for complex structures, structural steel design, reinforced concrete design, sub-structure design and structural systemsStrong knowledge of ACI, Wind and Seismic design, FE modelling and industry best practicesProven experience leading a team, project delivery from Concept to IFC, delivering commercial success and client satisfactionExcellent communication, excellent English language skills, technical leadership, and client-facing skillsWhy Join Wentworth in KSA ?At Wentworth KSA, you'll have the opportunity to lead complex structural engineering projects while contributing to the growth of a respected, industry-leading consultancy.
