In this role, you will contribute to the design and delivery of innovative structural solutions across a diverse portfolio of projects. Working collaboratively with experienced professionals and clients, you will develop your technical expertise while supporting the successful execution of complex structural engineering initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a supportive, forward-thinking organization that values analytical thinking, collaborative teamwork, and customer-focused solutions.Assist in the design, analysis, and development of structural solutions for projects at various stages, from concept through detailed design and constructionPrepare technical drawings, calculations, and 3D models using industry-standard CAD software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established standardsConduct structural analysis and assessments, including risk evaluation and buildability reviews, to support project deliveryCollaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including architects, contractors, and consultants, to ensure seamless project coordination and client satisfactionSupport Project Engineers and Project Managers in managing project timelines, budgets, and quality standardsReview and provide constructive feedback on technical deliverables produced by team members, maintaining high engineering standardsParticipate in client presentations and project meetings, effectively communicating technical concepts and design rationaleContribute to proposal development and project documentation under the guidance of senior team membersEnsure compliance with quality assurance, health, safety, and environmental (HSEQ) procedures and requirements on all projectsSupport the mentoring and development of junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environmentStay current with industry best practices, building codes, and construction techniques relevant to the Dubai market and broader regionActively participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and proceduresQualifications**Required Qualifications:**Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related disciplineMinimum 10 years of professional experience in structural engineering or a related fieldProven track record working as a Project Engineer on multiple structural projectsStrong proficiency in structural analysis software and CAD tools for 2D and 3D modelingSolid understanding of structural design principles, concept design, detailed design, and construction techniquesKnowledge of procurement routes, risk assessment methodologies, and claim assessment processesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detailDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively in multi-disciplinary team environmentsStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly to diverse audiencesFamiliarity with quality assurance, health, safety, and environmental (HSEQ) compliance requirementsUnderstanding of local building codes and regulations relevant to the United Arab Emirates**Preferred Qualifications:**Chartered Engineer (CE) or equivalent professional certificationExperience working on large-scale or complex structural projectsFamiliarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and advanced 3D modeling techniquesExperience in client relationship management and proposal preparationDemonstrated experience mentoring or supporting junior engineersKnowledge of sustainable design practices and green building standardsExperience working in the Middle Eastern construction market**Core Competencies:**Analytical thinking and technical problem-solvingAttention to detail and quality orientationTeamwork and collaborationCommunication and presentation abilitiesTime management and organizational skillsCustomer focus and service orientationAdaptability and resilience in dynamic project environmentsProfessional integrity and ethical conduct
