Apply & track with Apply EdgeRole SummaryThe Associate - Supply Chain is responsible for managing day-to-day inventory and supply chain operations across healthcare facilities. The role ensures that medical and non-medical supplies are available when needed by maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, coordinating receiving and storage activities, facilitating material distribution, and supporting replenishment planning.The position plays a critical role in ensuring inventory accuracy, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and uninterrupted clinical services by maintaining proper stock control practices, adhering to SFDA regulations and FEFO/FIFO principles, and ensuring all supply chain transactions are accurately recorded in the ERP system.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.Conduct stock counts, reconcile discrepancies, and track expiry dates.Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials in compliance with healthcare regulations.Process material requests, stock transfers, and distribution activities.Support demand planning through consumption monitoring and replenishment requests.Ensure all inventory transactions are recorded in the ERP system on the same day.Maintain audit-ready documentation and prepare inventory-related reports.Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, clinical teams, finance, and external suppliers.RequirementsExperience: 2-4 years in supply chain, inventory control, warehouse operations, or materials management, preferably in a healthcare or regulated environment.Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.Preferred Certifications: CSCP, CPIM, or equivalent.SkillsInventory and warehouse managementERP systems and inventory transactionsFEFO/FIFO and batch/expiry managementSFDA compliance and healthcare supply chain practicesDemand planning and replenishmentReporting and documentationMS Office proficiencyEnglish and Arabic communication skillsIdeal Candidate ProfileA detail-oriented supply chain professional with strong inventory management and ERP experience, capable of working in a healthcare environment, ensuring compliance, maintaining high stock accuracy, and supporting uninterrupted clinical operations through effective coordination and proactive inventory control.
