The team is focused on building an intuitive, user-centered product that makes higher education planning more transparent and accessible.Role Description The Associate Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves overseeing a small team, coordinating daily tasks, and ensuring project deliverables are completed on time and to quality standards. The Associate Team Lead will monitor team performance, provide guidance and feedback, participate in planning and prioritization, and help resolve operational issues. The role includes collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, preparing basic reports or updates on progress, and contributing to process improvements that enhance productivity and service quality. The Associate Team Lead is expected to support a positive, inclusive work environment and model professional communication and work ethics.QualificationsDemonstrated leadership abilities, including team coordination, performance monitoring, and mentoring or coaching experience.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with experience in managing tasks, schedules, and basic project workflows.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and present clear updates.Analytical and problem-solving skills, including comfort with data-driven decision-making and reporting.Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, task management platforms).Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Management, Education, or a related discipline.Experience in edtech, education services, or a technology-driven environment is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Noida and adapt to a fast-paced, growth-oriented setting.
