Associate, Tech Support

Secretlab is an international gaming chair brand seating over 3 million users worldwide, with our key markets in the United States, Europe and Singapore, where we are headquartered.You will be a valued member to our Tech team, specifically responsible for providing technical support across the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our team members are well-equipped with the IT equipment and systems to be effective in their roles.Our Technical Support team is integral for ensuring that team members are well-equipped and poised to succeed in all of Secretlab’s initiatives, including collaborative efforts with world-renowned brands such as Game of Thrones, Batman, Cloud9, Team Secret, as well as international esports organisers such as Riot Games for their League of Legends global tournaments.ResponsibilitiesTroubleshooting technical problems including hardware/ softwareDeploying equipment according to specifications of each departmentDelivering a smooth IT onboarding process alongside the People Operations and Workplace Experience teamMaintain and document inventory for all IT hardwareConfigure and deployment of new software/hardware packages across the company (including basic trainings, creating of simple user guides and documentations, troubleshooting teething issues)Deploy, maintain and support Secretlab’s network infrastructureRequirementsMin. Diploma in IT or the equivalentAt least 1.5 year’s experience in a similar role preferred, candidates with relevant experiences may be considered.Technical knowledge for Windows Server Management/Administration (Server 2016), Windows OSExperience in configuring and deploying DHCP, DNS, GPOExperience in networking (LAN configurations, switches and routers)Practical experience Google Workspace is advantageousBasic understanding of PC hardware set-up and configurationsStrong sense of initiative and responsibilityAble to work independently as well as in a team environmentBonusesExperience in a startup environmentExperience in setting up infrastructure network in office spaces
