This is an entry-level role with a clearly defined progression path into a Consultant position.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with a senior consultant/partner to support live mandatesSource and engage candidates using a range of tools and strategiesBuild expertise in the early-stage technology marketConduct candidate screening and interviewsBuild long-term relationships with candidates to generate referralsUse outbound sourcing, market mapping, community engagement, and referralsReceive daily mentorship and real-time coaching from experienced recruitersQualificationsPrevious recruitment experience is not required.
