We are dedicated to growth and breaking down boundaries to offer a truly unique brand partnership proposition.Position - Associate – Transformation & Change ManagementReporting To - Transformation ManagerRole Purpose:Support the design, coordination, and tracking of transformation and change management programs under the direction of the Transformation Manager and CTO. Provide analytical and operational support to ensure projects are executed on time and deliver measurable results.Key Responsibilities" Program & Change Support * Assist in the preparation of transformation charters, project trackers, and progress dashboards. * Conduct data analysis on cost, manpower, and operational KPIs to measure initiative impact. * Support the rollout of change management initiatives, including communications and training materials.Reporting & Documentation * Maintain the Transformation Governance Structure database and documentation repository. * Prepare performance and risk management reports for the Transformation Committee.Cross-Functional Coordination: * Liaise with business owners and PMO to collect initiative updates and performance metrics. * Support workshops and alignment sessions between departments. * Liaise with business owners and PMO to collect initiative updates and performance metrics. * Support workshops and alignment sessions between departments.Required Profile * 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, transformation, or project management. * Strong analytical, Excel, and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with project management tools. * Good understanding of organizational change dynamics.
