Associate / Vice President, Investment Banking

We are hiring professionals to join our coverage teams in the Investment Banking Division for the following sectors: Healthcare, TMT, Industrial and Consumer.Responsibilities:Execution: Lead or support the full execution process, including due diligence, financial modeling, and valuation.Documentation: Prepare and review high-quality pitchbooks, prospectuses, and regulatory filing materials.Project Management: Coordinate with external parties (lawyers, auditors) to ensure timely project delivery.Compliance: Ensure all deal processes meet internal risk standards and external regulatory requirements.Support: Assist senior coverage bankers in client meetings and transaction structuring.Requirements:Experience: 3-5 years for Associate; at least 6+ years for VP in IBD or related financial sectors.Skills: Strong financial modeling and accounting skills.Languages: Native/Professional Mandarin and fluent English are essential.Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related field.Traits: High pressure resistance, detail-oriented, and a strong sense of ownership.
