Location: Dubai, UAEEmployment type: Full-timeExperience: 1–2 Years’ ExperienceWe’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Associate Video Producer & Editor — 1–2 Years’ Experience who can help take videos from concept and shoot through editing and final delivery.You’ll produce both short- and long-form content for social media, corporate, promotional and digital use.

You should understand hooks, storytelling, audience retention and social trends, alongside the technical craft of filming, editing, design and sound.Key responsibilitiesDevelop concepts, hooks, scripts, shot lists and production plans with the team.Shoot independently on smaller projects using mobile phones, DSLR, mirrorless, action or other suitable cameras.Handle lighting, framing, composition and clean audio capture.Edit short-form content for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, as well as long-form YouTube, corporate and promotional videos.Create motion graphics and visual effects using Adobe After Effects.Perform colour correction and grading using Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve.Handle basic audio editing using Adobe Audition.Create graphics, titles, captions, thumbnails and supporting visual assets.Repurpose long-form videos into engaging short clips.Deliver videos in 16:9, 9:16, 1:1 and 4:5 formats.Review watch time, retention, shares, saves and other performance signals to help improve future content.Organize footage, manage revisions and multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.RequirementsDegree in Multimedia, Film Production, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Media Production or a related field.Minimum one year of relevant professional experience.Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Adobe Audition, Photoshop and/or Illustrator, and DaVinci Resolve.Good understanding of colour grading, lighting, camera operation and video production.Photography and advanced video-production experience.Strong visual sense, attention to detail and design skills.Experience creating content for social platforms and an understanding of short-form hooks and long-form storytelling.Curiosity about how Instagram, TikTok and YouTube content performs, and a willingness to test and learn.Portfolio or showreel required.Added advantagesVFX and compositing skills using After Effects, Fusion, Nuke or similar software.Knowledge of rotoscoping, tracking, chroma keying, screen replacement, cleanup and compositing.3D skills using Blender, Cinema 4D or 3ds Max.Automotive filming or ASMR/sound-design experience.Valid UAE driving license.
