The individual in this role supports the development and coordination of business and finance-related initiatives, including assisting with course structuring, participant engagement, and feedback collection to improve educational offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities may include analyzing market and business data, contributing to business planning activities, supporting communication between learners and mentors, and helping ensure a positive participant experience. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to maintain professional standards, assist with customer inquiries related to programs, and contribute insights that strengthen Stock Technique’s educational and business strategies.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret business, market, and learner data for informed decision-making.Candidates should possess Business and Business Planning skills to support strategic initiatives, program structuring, and operational improvements.Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with learners, mentors, and team members in a clear, professional manner.Relevant experience or education in finance, business, economics, or a related field is beneficial.Ability to work independently in a hybrid setting, manage part-time schedules, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Familiarity with stock market concepts, trading, or financial education platforms is an advantage.Proficiency with common digital tools (e.g., office productivity software, online communication platforms) is preferred.
