Location: GurgaonPermanent RoleJob DescriptionReview monthly financial results, investigate key variances, and provide explanations against plan and forecast.

Support the annual, quarterly, and monthly planning and forecasting processes. Prepare and deliver accurate, organized, and insightful management reports and presentations. Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses and reporting as required. Identify opportunities for improvements in internal processes and propose effective solutions. Assist finance managers with specific analyses and financial initiatives.

Requirements

CA or MBA (Finance) from a recognized institute. 5 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience in accounts and finance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in financial tools and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
