Manager – ProcurementCompany: Ztech India LimitedLocation: NoidaFunction: ProcurementSalary- 6.5 to 7.5LPAAbout Ztech India LimitedZtech India Limited is an engineering and infrastructure company focused on creating innovative, sustainable and experiential spaces, with expertise across Creative Parks, EPC, infrastructure development and geotechnical solutions.We are looking for an experienced Manager – Procurement with a strong Civil Engineering background to manage procurement across our diverse and specialised projects.Role OverviewThe Manager – Procurement will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement for Ztech's Creative Parks, EPC and infrastructure projects. The role requires a combination of technical understanding, commercial acumen, vendor management and strong negotiation skills to ensure timely procurement of quality materials and services at competitive costs.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end procurement for civil, construction, landscaping, MEP, fabrication, interiors, theming, attractions and park development.Review BOQs, drawings and technical specifications to identify suitable procurement solutions.Identify, evaluate and develop vendors, suppliers and subcontractors across project categories.Handle enquiries, quotation evaluations, comparative statements and commercial negotiations.Drive cost optimisation, alternate sourcing and value engineering.Coordinate with Projects, Engineering, Design, Finance, Stores and Site teams for timely procurement.Develop specialised vendors for theming, sculptures, fabrication, play structures, landscaping and creative installations.Monitor vendor performance, material quality, delivery schedules and project requirements.Benchmark market rates and develop alternate sources for competitive procurement.Manage POs, WOs, procurement MIS, vendor database and savings trackers.Ensure compliance with procurement processes, approval matrix, commercial controls and quality standards.Candidate ProfileB.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering – Mandatory5+ years of relevant experience in procurement, preferably within EPC, construction, infrastructure, real estate, theme parks, amusement parks, hospitality or large-scale development projects.Strong understanding of construction materials, project procurement, BOQs and technical specifications.Proven experience in vendor development, commercial negotiations and cost optimisation.Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contracts, purchase orders and commercial terms.Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/procurement systems.Interested Candidates please share your profile @ jasmeet@ztech-india.com
