Experience in procurement & handling of contract manufacturing will be an advantage.Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with manufacturers, suppliers, Regulatory Affairs, QA/QC, logistics and internal teams.Good knowledge of pharmaceutical product packaging, including pack sizes, primary and secondary packaging materials, packing configurations, labelling requirements and export packaging.Good understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements and product registration documentation for international markets.Familiarity with CTD/ACTD dossiers, CPP/CoPP, GMP certificates, manufacturing licences, product specifications, COA, stability data, DMF/technical documents and other country-specific registration requirements.Ability to understand the regulatory and documentation requirements of different countries and identify suitable manufacturers who can meet those requirements.Ability to coordinate effectively with Regulatory Affairs, QA/QC and manufacturers for obtaining dossiers, technical documents, samples, specifications and responses to regulatory queries.Strong commercial negotiation skills, with the ability to negotiate product price, MOQ, payment terms, lead time, packaging costs and other commercial conditions.Good understanding of pharmaceutical products, dosage forms, manufacturing processes, GMP and quality requirements.Strong sourcing and supplier-development skills, with the ability to identify, evaluate and develop reliable manufacturing partners.Strong follow-up and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple products, manufacturers, countries and timelines simultaneously.Good working knowledge of MS Excel and analytical tools for preparing product comparisons, costing, supplier comparisons and order/status reports.Commercially oriented and detail-conscious, with the ability to evaluate manufacturers not only on price but also on regulatory suitability, quality, documentation, MOQ, lead time and supply reliability.Proactive, organized and capable of independent decision-making, problem-solving and timely escalation of critical issues.Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers and suppliers.Pharmaceutical export experience and familiarity with product registration in multiple international markets will be strongly preferred.Key ObjectiveTo ensure that Medinomics has the right manufacturing partner, at the right quality, right price and right time, while ensuring smooth coordination from product sourcing to final dispatch.
