Guided by "Si Li Ji Ren" (思利及人) — considering others' interests first — we build careers the same way we build flavour: with care, with courage, and with purpose.About the RoleAssist in leading Capex procurement categories and support the development of effective sourcing strategies to drive competitive cost performance and improve cash flow for the company, covering full equipment lifecycle maintenance and supporting MRO spare parts cost optimization.Manage Capex projects (equipment & civil works) in terms of on-time delivery, budget control with excellent quality and service, together with forward planning of long-term equipment maintenance and MRO spare part supply. Participate in procurement processes including negotiations, competitive bidding, and e-Auctions to secure optimal commercial terms as well as favorable warranty and spare part pricing clauses. Monitor market trends and supply base movements of production machinery, engineering works and MRO consumables, leveraging external networks and internal stakeholder collaboration to stay informed on industry dynamics and competitive activities. Work closely with internal teams (e.g., engineering, operations, finance) to facilitate project launch, smooth commercialization and post-operation maintenance & spare part demand alignment. Identify and qualify new/alternative suppliers for production equipment, civil works, maintenance and MRO services to enhance cost efficiency and mitigate supply risks; maintain strong long-term supplier relationships covering both CAPEX assets and after-sales spare support.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related discipline. Candidates with working experience in Hong Kong will have an added advantage. Solid experience in Capex procurement, with a minimum of 4–5 years focused specifically on production equipment and related categories, including equipment lifecycle maintenance and MRO spare parts procurement practice. Experience in managing procurement for manufacturing or food ingredient related industries is preferred. Familiarity with indirect categories (e.g., MRO, facilities, maintenance services) is highly beneficial. Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally as required. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to balance upfront CAPEX investment and long-term maintenance expenditure.We offer competitive salary package and attractive fringe benefits including life insurance, medical & dental to the right candidates.
