Asst. Project Manager

Meraki Group is looking for an experienced and driven Façade Project Manager to lead our façade projects from conception through completion. This role is critical for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The Façade Project Manager will coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, architects, and subcontractors, to deliver innovative and sustainable façade solutions that meet the highest quality standards.ResponsibilitiesDevelop full-scale project plans and conduct project meetings to ensure they align with client objectivesOversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective project executionLead the design development process in collaboration with architects and engineering teams to ensure design intent is maintainedManage relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycleMonitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing potential challenges proactivelyEnsure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies on-siteConduct regular site visits to assess progress and provide direction to site teams, contractors, and suppliersRequirementsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related fieldMinimum of 10+ years of experience in project management with a focus on façade projectsProven track record of successfully managing large, complex façade projects from start to finishStrong knowledge of façade materials, design principles, and construction techniquesExcellent project management skills, including proficiency in project management softwareExceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to navigate challenging project dynamics and deliver results under pressure
