Manager/ Deputy Manager, CommercialJob Description / ResponsibilityTo ensure all commercial activities (L/C amendment, correction of L/C terms and conditions according to Bangladesh Bank rules & China regulations, shipment conditions, communication with parties) through overseas communications.Maintain proper liaison with C&F Agents, Concerned Agencies, Banks, Shipping Lines, Insurance Companies, VAT departments, Transport Agents for Export & Import purpose etc.Follow up on Import L/C and ensure proper HS code for timely clearance from customs and save additional cost.Communicate with confirming bank to add confirmation of Import LC at a competitive price.Ability to prepare landed cost of imported goodsSelect the right logistic service based on international destinations and ensuring international delivery at the most affordable cost.Ability to prepare consignment wise estimated budgetAttending Port examinations and preparing related documents and files and arranging ICD and BSTI sampling.Educational RequirementsMaster of Commerce (MCom) in AccountingBachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in FinancePGD in Supply Chain or any other relevant professional degree will be an added advantage.Skills Required: Oracle, SAP, ERP Software, Tally Software, WMSExperience Requirements6 to 10 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Trading or Export/Import,Overseas Companies,Tiles/Ceramic,Building & Construction MaterialsAdditional RequirementsShould have the knowledge and capacity to run LC related operations independently.Effective Negotiation skills to deal with international suppliers.Sound knowledge on optimization of cost for maximum returns.Job LocationDhaka
