Boys & Girls Club of Manteca & Lathrop are seeking a dynamic and energetic Athletic Coordinator to coordinate our sports programs. This role is pivotal in creating engaging athletic experiences, overseeing event execution, and fostering a vibrant sports community. As an Athletic Coordinator, you will create sports programming, supervise coaches and volunteers, and ensure smooth operations across all athletic events and facilities, contributing to a lively, inclusive environment that promotes health, teamwork, and fun.ResponsibilitiesPlan, organize, and execute a diverse range of athletic events and programsScheduling, and performance managementOversee daily operations of athletic facilities, ensuring safety standards are maintained and equipment is properly managedCoordinate with vendors, sponsors, and internal departments to facilitate event logistics and venue setupDevelop reports on program participation, event outcomes, and operational metrics for management reviewProvide excellent customer service by assisting guests with inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and enhancing overall guest experienceSkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for report writing, scheduling, and communication tasksStrong management skills with the ability to make informed decisions quickly and confidentlyExcellent communication skills for team management, youth and family interaction,Familiarity with sports or athletic program planningJoin us as an Athletic Coordinator to energize our sports programs!
