In this role, the Workstrategies Specialist will deliver the full continuum of Workstrategies prevention services, supporting American Airlines employees directly at the worksite.Deliver Workstrategies prevention services. Prevention services include, but are not limited to:Workstrategies OnSite programAdvanced Early Symptom InterventionNew Hire TrainingReturn to WorkMovement AssessmentsPreventative exercise prescriptionBody mechanics/behavior auditsWellness coachingWorkRisk AnalysisWorkTask AnalysisWorkStation AnalysisWorksite Education programsPrepare and complete appropriate documentation for services listed aboveFacilitate regular communication with clients for the purposes of assisting with relationship development and program reviewAssist in addressing client concernsParticipate in continuing education and job training programsMaintains regular and reliable attendance.State of TX Licensed Athletic Trainer requiredBoard of Certification (BOC) requiredBS Degree RequiredMinimum one year of clinical experienceIndustrial setting experience a plus!American Heart Association BLS - CPR Certification
