Team members contribute to innovative, customer-focused projects that shape the future of banking in the region.Role Description The ATM Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Al-Qassim Region, responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and repairing ATMs and related systems. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing hardware and software issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring ATM uptime and reliability. The role involves monitoring ATM networks, coordinating with internal teams and vendors for technical support, and documenting service activities in line with company standards. The ATM Engineer will interact with clients to address service requests, prioritize customer satisfaction, and provide clear communication on service status and resolutions. The role also requires adherence to safety, security, and compliance procedures during all field operations.Qualifications Strong technical skills in ATMs and ATM networks, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.Experience with computer maintenance, hardware diagnostics, and basic software support.Focus on customer satisfaction, with the ability to manage service requests and resolve issues efficiently.Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, team members, and vendors.Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.Prior experience in ATM servicing, field engineering, or banking technology support is preferred.Ability to work on-site in the Al-Qassim Region, including occasional travel within the area as needed.Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and security standards.
