For more information, visit www.tcs.com and follow TCS news at @TCS_News.Job Description:Key ResponsibilitiesManage ATM, kiosk and self-service channel applications and infrastructure.Own payment/ATM switch operations, transaction routing, connectivity and performance.Ensure 24x7 monitoring, availability and timely resolution of critical incidents.Lead incident, problem and change management, including RCA and permanent fixes.Coordinate with Cards, Payments, Core Banking, Network, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity and Operations teams.Manage technology vendors, SLAs, escalations and service reviews.Support new projects, enhancements, integrations, upgrades and migrations.Ensure compliance with Bank security, audit, DR and regulatory requirements.Drive automation, proactive monitoring and continuous improvement.Required ExperienceYears of IT experience, preferably in banking/payments.Strong experience in ATM, payment switch and self-service channels.Good understanding of card transactions, authorization, reversals, timeouts and reconciliation.Experience in production support, ITIL processes and vendor management.Strong leadership, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.Application Deadline: 30th-August-2026Privacy Note:https://www.tcs.com/connect-with-tcs/privacy-policy
