This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and dynamic team, working on diverse and challenging cases that foster both professional growth and personal development.RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage your caseload from inception through resolution.Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, and trials.Ensure compliance with court deadlines and scheduling requirements.Work closely with clients, experts, and attorneys to develop and execute effective litigation strategies.Conduct in-depth legal research, prepare strategic memoranda, and collaborate with partners and senior attorneys to ensure seamless case management.Prepare comprehensive written status reports for insurers.REQUIREMENTS:Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.Admission to the New York State Bar.4+ years of experience handling the defense of Automobile and Premises Liability cases.Prior ADR experience handling arbitrations and mediations.Experience taking and defending fact witness and expert depositions.
