Key Responsibilities

Handle construction defect, delay, payment and contractual disputesDefend contractors, developers, architects and engineering professionalsManage matters through pleadings, discovery, depositions and dispositive motionsReview construction contracts, project records and expert reportsAttend mediations, arbitrations, court hearings and trialsWork with experts and clients to develop effective litigation strategies

Qualifications
