Location: San Jose, CA | Fully OnsiteOur client is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join their team in San Jose.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with strong civil litigation experience who enjoys managing cases and working in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Handle litigation matters from inception through resolutionDraft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documentsManage all aspects of discovery, including written discovery and depositionsConduct legal research and analysisPrepare for and attend hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trialCommunicate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholdersDevelop case strategy and manage deadlines throughout the litigation lifecycle

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law schoolActive California Bar membership in good standingPrior litigation experience is requiredStrong knowledge of civil litigation procedures and court rulesExcellent legal research, writing, and communication skillsAbility to independently manage multiple matters and deadlinesStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsThis is a fully onsite position located in San Jose, CA.
