Role Description This full-time, on-site Director role at Tek&Me is based in Tunis, Tunisia. The Director will oversee daily operations, provide strategic leadership, and ensure that organizational goals are met efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities include guiding department leads, managing budgets and resources, monitoring performance metrics, and driving continuous improvement across projects and processes. The Director will collaborate closely with senior leadership on long-term planning, develop and implement policies, and support change management initiatives. The role also involves building strong internal and external relationships, fostering an inclusive and high-performing work culture, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company standards.Qualifications Demonstrated leadership and people-management abilities, including coaching teams, setting priorities, and making data-informed decisions.Strong strategic planning and organizational skills, with experience translating business objectives into actionable plans.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and represent the organization professionally.Proven experience in operational management, budgeting, and process optimization in a similar leadership role.Ability to work on-site in Tunis, Tunisia, and to operate effectively in a multicultural, cross-functional environment.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; a master’s degree or equivalent experience in leadership or administration is an advantage.Comfort with using digital tools, analytics platforms, and productivity software to monitor performance and support decision-making.Commitment to ethical conduct, inclusive practices, and continuous professional development.
