The company’s strength lies in its credibility and customer-centric approach, continuously evolving its offerings to meet and exceed client expectations.Role Description The Audio Visual Engineer is a full-time, hybrid role based in Cairo, with flexibility for some work from home. The role involves designing, configuring, and implementing audio visual (AV) solutions, including digital signage, video conferencing systems, and integrated AV environments for corporate, commercial, and public sector clients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting site surveys, preparing technical designs and documentation, installing and commissioning AV equipment, and integrating systems with existing IT and security infrastructures. The engineer will diagnose and resolve technical issues, perform preventive maintenance, and provide user training and support to ensure stable, high-quality AV performance. Collaboration with project managers, sales teams, vendors, and clients is essential to deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned with technical and quality standards.Qualifications Strong experience with Digital Signage solutions and related display technologies.Hands-on expertise in Audio Visual (AV) Systems and AV Integration for corporate or commercial environments.Practical knowledge of Video Conferencing platforms and hardware, including configuration, deployment, and support.Proficient Troubleshooting skills for AV, network-connected devices, and related infrastructure.Solid understanding of basic networking concepts (IP addressing, VLANs, switching) relevant to AV over IP.Ability to read and create technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and system schematics.Experience with installation, testing, and commissioning of AV equipment and structured cabling.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site and remotely in a hybrid setup.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.Industry certifications (e.g., CTS or vendor-specific AV/network certifications) are a plus.
