Audio Visual - Onsite Support Technician - Tier 1 Bank

The Company:The organization is a well-known national provider of fully integrated IT and audio-visual AV solutions. This will be working onsite at a Tier 1 bank in Brisbane supporting their meeting rooms and setting up corporate events.Responsibilities:Serve as the primary onsite AV support for the major corporate customer.Provide real-time troubleshooting and proactive issue resolution.Perform regular system health checks and preventative maintenance.Assist users with AV system operations, ensuring seamless meeting experiencesRequirements:Has +2 years in an AV support roleHave worked in a technical support role and be used to providing external clients technical adviceBe able to commute into the CBD as the client has a large office in the city Have a positive proactive attitude, the team are real go getters and want someone that matches their energyThe business is in huge growth mode and winning more and more clients across the whole of Aus, there is an opportunity to move upwards quickly in the role and gain additional skills and increased salary levels
