Audio Visual PROJECT MANAGER – Baltimore and surrounding areaAbout the OpportunityWe are seeking a motivated and experienced Audio Visual Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of commercial AV integration projects throughout the Baltimore region.This role is responsible for managing projects from estimating and planning through installation, commissioning, and closeout. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with commercial AV systems and is ready to take on broader project leadership responsibilities within a growing integrated technology organization.This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional who wants to build their career, expand their leadership skills, and play a key role in the continued growth of a rapidly expanding security and technology practice.What You'll DoManage commercial AV projects from estimation through closeout.Develop project estimates, budgets, schedules, and execution plans.Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.Develop and maintain relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and technology partners to maintain preferred access and pricingStay informed of emerging security technologies and solutionsLead project meetings and serve as the primary customer point of contact.Track project financial performance, manage change orders, and support profitability objectives.Coordinate with procurement, equipment deliveries, subcontractors, and field resources.Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, documentation, and project turnover.Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Preferred Qualifications3-5 years of experience in project management, project coordination, field leadership, engineering, or installation management within the commercial AV, low-voltage, or systems integration industry.Experience with structured cabling, networking, physical security, or other integrated technology systems.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
