Trident Consulting is seeking a " AV Support Technician” for one of our clients in " San Francisco, CA” A global leader in business and technology services.Role: AV Support Technician (Junior)Location: San Francisco, CA – 100% OnsiteHours: 40/weekPay Rate: $37–$39/hr on w2 Must-Have Profile2–4 years AV support, IT helpdesk, live event production, or similar technical support.Hands-on AV troubleshooting/support experience.Google Workspace / Google Meet hardware / ChromeOS familiarity.Basic AV signal flow: audio, video, control, EDID.Cable knowledge: HDMI, USB-C, CAT6.Basic networking concepts related to AV.Strong customer service and communication skills.Comfortable supporting conference rooms and live events.Able to work onsite in San Francisco.Able to lift 20+ lbs.Nice-to-HaveAVIXA CTSDante CertificationITILLive audio mixing / video switchingExperience with ticketing systems and AV documentation.Ideal CandidateLook for a Junior AV Technician / AV Support Technician / Conference Room Technician / IT Support Technician with strong AV exposure. Candidates coming from corporate AV, conference-room support, or live event production should be prioritized.Screening priority: AV troubleshooting + Google Meet/Workspace + onsite SF availability + 2–4 years relevant experience.
