We’re seeking an experienced AV Service Technician to join our growing team. This position requires frequent domestic and international travel and is ideal for an AV professional who enjoys working onsite with customers and tackling complex technical challenges in diverse environments.In this role, you'll troubleshoot, repair, and support technology solutions for command and control centers that support mission-critical operations. You'll work directly with customers, diagnose technical issues, perform system repairs and upgrades, and help ensure our clients' AV systems operate reliably 24/7.About us: For more than 35 years we have partnered with clients across public safety, utilities, corporate security, the U.S. Government, and other sectors to deliver high-performing security operations centers. Our team values collaboration, accountability, and practical problem-solving, and we take pride in delivering high-quality solutions to clients around the world.ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and resolve hardware, software, and control system issues in a diverse set of AV environmentsService and support AV systems including displays, video walls, conferencing systems, DSPs, control systems, and network-connected devicesTroubleshoot Crestron, Extron, AMX, and other integrated AV platformsPerform onsite and remote service callsDocument findings, repairs, and recommendations in service ticketsConfigure, test, and replace AV equipment as neededAssist with rack modifications, equipment upgrades, and system commissioningProvide exceptional customer service and communicate clearly with clients throughout the service processParticipate in an on-call rotation for after-hours supportQualifications3+ years of commercial AV service, support, or integration experienceMUST be able to travel 60-75%Required SkillsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExperience supporting integrated AV systems, control systems, conferencing solutions, and video distribution systemsAbility to read system drawings and technical documentationExperience terminating and testing low-voltage cablingValid driver's license and willingness and ability to travel, including domestic and international assignmentsAbility to successfully complete a post-offer background checkPreferred SkillsCTS certification or manufacturer certifications are a plus*Competitive pay range and compensation package
