Audio Visual Technician

Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced AV Expert to provide on-site support and manage ongoing Audio-Visual changes, installations, configurations, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Yealink AV solutions and Dante audio networking.This individual will work closely with the CEO and executive stakeholders, ensuring that conference room and other AV environments are reliable, professional, and fully operational.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide on-site AV support in a corporate/executive environment.Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day Audio-Visual issues involving meeting rooms, conference rooms, displays, cameras, microphones, speakers, and related equipment.Support ongoing AV changes, upgrades, configurations, and installations.Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Yealink AV equipment, with Yealink being the primary platform.Work with Dante-enabled audio systems and troubleshoot audio-over-IP connectivity and configuration issues.Diagnose and resolve audio, video, connectivity, and conferencing problems quickly.Support video conferencing platforms and integrated AV systems.Coordinate with vendors, installers, and technical teams when required.Maintain documentation of AV equipment, configurations, and changes.Ensure AV systems are properly tested and operational before executive meetings and important events.Work closely and professionally with the CEO, providing responsive and high-quality technical support.Handle sensitive executive-level requests with a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and urgency.Required Skills & Experience3+ years of hands-on experience supporting Audio-Visual (AV) environments.Strong experience with Yealink AV products and solutions.Hands-on experience with Dante audio networking / Dante AV.Experience troubleshooting conference room AV systems.Knowledge of microphones, speakers, displays, cameras, DSPs, control systems, and video conferencing equipment.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Experience with AV over IP and network-connected AV equipment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently in an on-site environment.Strong customer-service mindset and professional executive presence.Preferred QualificationsYealink certification or relevant AV certifications.Dante certification.Experience supporting C-level executives / executive offices.Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, or similar conferencing environments.Experience with AV system installations, upgrades, and migrations.Basic understanding of networking concepts such as IP addressing, VLANs, PoE, and network troubleshooting.Soft SkillsProfessional and polished communication.Ability to work directly with senior executives and the CEO.Strong sense of urgency and ownership.Excellent attention to detail.Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.Strong organizational and documentation skills.
