This role will support conference room AV, troubleshoot meeting room issues, perform daily AV checks, assist with new conference room setups, and support company events and productions.

Support and troubleshoot conference room AV systemsPerform daily AV sweeps and resolve room issuesTroubleshoot Google Meet and room scheduler issuesSet up and configure new conference roomsSupport company events, All-Hands, training rooms, and productionsCollaborate with Broadcast, Events, Workplace Technology, and IT teamsProvide hands-on AV/IT support in a fast-paced environment

Strong AV/IT support experienceConference room and meeting technology experienceGoogle Meet experience preferredStrong troubleshooting and communication skillsComfortable lifting 20+ lbsMust be able to work onsite in New York
