About Your Events PartnerYour Events Partner, formerly Holograma 3D, is a full-service partner for event technology, content and execution. Since 2007 we have helped brands define, visualize and deliver their events: LED screens and video, sound and lighting, digital signage, holographic displays and immersive experiences, with concept, content production and on-site operation handled by one team.We are based in Bucharest and deliver worldwide. In the same month you might build an LED stage for a corporate summit, map a projection onto a historic facade and put a hologram in a theatre. More than 1,500 projects so far, and we would rather show you than tell you.The role: Audio Visual Technician (full-time, on-site, Bucharest)You are the person who makes the room work. You set up, operate and dismantle the technology behind our events: sound systems, lighting rigs, LED screens, projectors and video conferencing setups. What your days look like:Build, test and configure equipment before doors open, so that nothing is left to luckCable work you can be proud of: routed cleanly, taped safely, labeled, invisible to the guestOperate during the event and keep audio and video at the quality we promiseTroubleshoot in real time, calmly, while the show goes onWork side by side with our project managers, creative team and clients on-site, so the technical execution matches the concept and the timelineDismantle with the same discipline as the build: structured teardown, cables coiled and stored the way the next event expects to find themTake care of the gear: maintenance, proper storage, transport and logisticsHelp us improve how we work, every event a little sharper than the lastHow we work, and the person we are looking forWe deliver experiences, and the experience starts with how we behave in the room. No agitation, no shouting, not during load-in, not an hour before doors, not on the fourteenth hour of a long day. Friendly, professional communication with colleagues and clients is a must, especially in the stressful moments. We look for someone who brings calm into the room, who keeps the atmosphere pleasant for everyone, and who still knows exactly when to push so that everything is ready on time. Punctual, structured, reliable: if that describes how you work, we will get along. What you bring Solid hands-on experience with AV systems: setup, configuration, operation A troubleshooting instinct: you find the fault fast and fix or work around it Experience with video conferencing systems, connectivity and signal routing Practical lighting skills: programming, focusing, control Confidence aligning projectors, LED screens and other displays Experience from live events, corporate events or entertainment productions Structure and punctuality: on time, on plan, with a tidy case at the end of the night Romanian and English, both working languages on our sites Organization, attention to detail and a steady head under time pressure No fear of flight cases: lifting equipment and flexible hours are part of this lifeTechnical education or AV and electronics certifications are a plus, not a mustWhy this teamSmall team, big projects, rare technology. You will work with equipment most technicians in Romania never touch, on events people photograph and remember.
