Audio Visual Technician

We are partnering with a prestigious international law firm seeking an experienced Audio Visual Specialist to support conference room technology, executive meetings, videoconferencing, and special events. This is a hands-on, highly visible role providing white-glove technical support in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Responsibilities

Support and troubleshoot AV systems, conferencing technology, and meeting room equipment.Provide technical support for Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and integrated AV platforms.Maintain and upgrade AV equipment, including cameras, microphones, displays, and control systems.Deliver high-touch support to executives, attorneys, and clients.

Qualifications

5+ years of enterprise AV support experience.Experience with Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Crestron, Cisco, or similar technologies.Knowledge of AV-over-IP, audio processing, and network connectivity.Dante and Biamp experience preferred.Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
