In this position, the professional conducts comprehensive hearing assessments, interprets diagnostic results, and provides evidence-based recommendations for hearing aids and other audiological interventions. The role involves counseling patients and families on hearing health, fitting and adjusting hearing devices, and ensuring follow-up care and ongoing support. Day-to-day responsibilities also include promoting audiology services, managing product demonstrations, supporting sales activities, and collaborating with the clinical and administrative teams to deliver an excellent patient experience and meet business targets.Qualifications Clinical audiology skills, including hearing assessments, diagnostic interpretation, hearing aid fitting, and patient counseling.Sales and customer service skills, with the ability to present solutions, handle inquiries, and support patients in product selection and follow-up.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.Organizational and time-management skills to handle appointments, documentation, and coordination of care efficiently.Relevant degree in Audiology or a related field; professional licensure or eligibility for licensure as required by local regulations.Prior experience in a clinical audiology setting; experience in hearing aid sales or medical device sales is highly beneficial.Comfort working in an on-site clinical environment in Dubai and commitment to patient-centered, ethical practice.
