Lead and mentor a team of Multimedia Support Engineer, ensuring efficient and effective support operations.Role and Responsibilities:Audiovisual and Videoconference Technology Management: Oversee the setup, testing, maintenance, and operation of audiovisual, videoconference and digital signage equipment.Technical Support: Provide advanced technical support for audiovisual and videoconference systems, including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular preventive maintenance checks and ensure all audiovisual equipment is in optimal working condition.Reporting: Prepare and present monthly reports on room usage, equipment maintenance, and preventive maintenance schedules.Process Improvement: Maintain and improve processes for troubleshooting, customer issue resolution, and asset management.User Training and Consultation: Provide consultation and training to end users on multimedia technologies and best practices.Event Support: Facilitate the smooth operation of live events, executive meetings, and conferences by managing audiovisual systems and addressing technical issues promptly.Technology Updates: Stay updated with the latest audiovisual and videoconference technologies and implement new solutions as needed.
