Team members collaborate with a diverse range of businesses and technologies, offering opportunities to solve complex challenges and contribute to impactful, real-world solutions.Role Description The Audiovisual Engineer is a full-time remote role responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting AV solutions that meet client requirements. Day-to-day tasks include setting up and integrating audio and visual systems, configuring video conferencing platforms, and implementing digital signage solutions for various environments. The Audiovisual Engineer will perform remote diagnostics, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide guidance to clients and internal teams to ensure reliable system performance. The role also involves documenting system configurations, collaborating with project managers and other engineers on implementation plans, and staying current with industry standards and emerging AV technologies.Qualifications Strong knowledge of Audio Visual (AV) Systems and AV Integration, including end-to-end system design and configuration.Experience with Video Conferencing platforms and Digital Signage solutions, including deployment and support.Demonstrated troubleshooting skills for complex AV and network-connected devices and systems.Familiarity with structured cabling, basic networking concepts, and IT-managed environments is beneficial.Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate in remote teams.Experience with commercial or enterprise AV installations, preferably across multiple locations or industries.Relevant technical certifications (e.g., CTS or equivalent AV/IT certifications) or formal training in audiovisual or IT fields is a plus.Capacity to work independently, manage multiple projects, and adapt to evolving client and technology needs.
