Location: London - On-siteSalary: Up to £41,000 + BenefitsA leading international professional services organisation is looking for an Audio Visual (AV) Engineer to join its Technology team.This is an excellent opportunity for an AV professional with experience supporting meeting room technologies, video conferencing platforms and live events within a corporate environment.

You'll play a key role in delivering a first-class service to both internal stakeholders and external clients, ensuring collaboration and presentation technologies operate seamlessly across the business.The RoleYou will be responsible for supporting and maintaining a modern AV estate, providing technical expertise for meetings, conferences, webinars, training sessions and business-critical events.Key responsibilities include:Supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms and video conferencing technologiesConfiguring, operating and troubleshooting AV systems across meeting rooms and event spacesProviding technical support for conferences, presentations, webinars and live eventsConducting room readiness checks and preventative maintenanceSupporting LED displays, video walls, microphones, cameras and wireless presentation technologiesDiagnosing and resolving audio, video and connectivity issuesManaging incidents and service requests through an IT service management platformDelivering user training and guidance on collaboration toolsMaintaining AV asset records and technical documentationWorking closely with technology teams, facilities and third-party suppliers to continuously improve servicesExperience RequiredWe're keen to speak with candidates who have experience of:Audio Visual (AV) support within a corporate environmentMicrosoft Teams Rooms (MTR)Video conferencing and unified communications technologiesCrestron, Extron, Poly, Logitech, Shure, QSC, Biamp or similar solutionsMeeting room technology and collaboration platformsAV troubleshooting and diagnosticsLive event, conference or presentation supportExcellent stakeholder and customer service skillsWhat's on Offer?Salary up to £41,000Exposure to a modern and evolving technology environmentOpportunity to support high-profile client-facing eventsComprehensive benefits packageStrong opportunities for professional development and progressionInterested?Please send across your latest CV and contact details for a confidential discussion regarding the opportunity.
