Audit Manager

SW BMB&Co. is an independent national member firm of SW International, a global professional services network focused on accounting and assurance. Based in Riyadh, the firm provides clients with comprehensive audit and accounting services supported by strong technical expertise. Its service offerings extend to litigation and legal advisory, tax and zakat consultations, and bankruptcy and liquidation services. Qualifications10+ years of hands-on experience in external audit, experience with a Top 10 audit firm is preferred.Candidates should possess strong Accounting and Finance skills, with a solid understanding of relevant standards and regulations.Strong knowledge of auditing standards, IFRS, risk assessment, internal controls, and financial reporting.Proven experience managing multiple audit engagements and leading audit teams.Excellent leadership, client-management, communication, and decision-making skills.Ability to manage engagement timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively.Very good command of both Arabic and English, written and spoken.Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and evaluate internal controls and business risks.Professional qualification such as CPA, CA, ESAA, ACCA, or equivalent is preferred; a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.Demonstrated experience managing audit teams and engagements, ideally within a professional services or public accounting environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to quality and continuous improvement.Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage deadlines, and prioritize multiple engagements in a fast-paced setting.
