Audit Trainee (UAE National Only)

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious UAE National to join our Internal Audit team as an Audit Trainee. This opportunity is designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals looking to build a strong foundation in auditing, risk management, governance, and regulatory compliance within a leading financial services environment. The successful candidate will receive structured training, mentorship, and exposure to a variety of business functions while developing the skills required for a successful career in Internal Audit.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport audit engagements by assisting in the planning, execution, and documentation of audit reviews across various business units.Review processes, controls, and operational activities to identify risks, control gaps, and improvement opportunities.Assist in gathering, analyzing, and validating information through interviews, data reviews, and testing procedures.Prepare audit working papers, reports, and presentations in accordance with internal audit standards and methodologies.Collaborate with audit team members and business stakeholders to track audit findings and support follow-up activities.Skills & ExperienceUAE National with a Family Book.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Risk Management, or a related discipline.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Eligibility: This position is open exclusively to UAE Nationals as part of our commitment to supporting Emiratisation and developing national talent.
