Company Description ME Dubai is the first ME by Meliá property in the Middle East and the only hotel where the late architect Dame Zaha Hadid personally designed both the interiors and exteriors. Located in The Opus by Omniyat, the hotel is set within one of Dubai’s most striking architectural landmarks. Situated in the heart of the Burj Khalifa district, it offers direct access to one of the city’s most vibrant business and lifestyle areas. The property features 93 rooms and suites across four floors, delivering a boutique luxury experience. ME Dubai also hosts Central Cosmo Tapas and Bar, its signature food and beverage venue, providing a lively social hub for guests and visitors.Role Description The Aura Agent is a full-time, on-site role based at ME Dubai in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role focuses on creating exceptional guest experiences by welcoming guests, offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring that hotel services and amenities are presented in a distinctive and engaging way. Day-to-day tasks include managing guest inquiries, coordinating reservations and special requests, and communicating with front office, concierge, and food and beverage teams to deliver seamless service. The Aura Agent also supports guest engagement initiatives, promotes hotel events and partnerships, and gathers guest feedback to help enhance the overall experience. This position requires a proactive, service-oriented approach and the ability to represent the ME by Meliá brand with professionalism and authenticity.Qualifications Strong guest service and hospitality skills, including relationship-building, problem-solving, and a genuine passion for creating memorable experiences.Excellent communication abilities, with clear spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.Organizational and coordination skills to manage reservations, special requests, and cross-department collaboration efficiently.Comfort with using hotel systems and technology for guest profiles, bookings, and internal communication.Previous experience in luxury hospitality, lifestyle hotels, or guest-facing roles in tourism or customer service preferred.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in a fast-paced, on-site environment.Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with a design-led, contemporary luxury brand.Relevant diploma or degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field is an asset.
