The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day administrative support in the migration process, including managing client correspondence, scheduling appointments, and assisting with visa applications. They will also assist with maintaining accurate records of client files and ensure compliance with Australian migration regulations.ResponsibilitiesProvides administrative support to ensure efficient operation.Carries out administrative duties such as organising documents and filling up forms.Utilising AI tools like ChatGPT for better workflows and efficiency of admin tasks.Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone and email.Supports team by performing tasks related to organization.Provides information by answering questions and requests.Handle confidential client information.Using Microsoft Office programs like Word, Excel, PowerPoint to create templates, letters and business documents for clients.Present excellent customer-service skills to clientsDaily prospecting activities, including: Inbound and Outbound phone calls, emails, web-research, data-entry and data managementEnsure accurate collection, and entry of prospect/company data in CRMAbout youLocated in Metro Manila or Pampanga (Clark and surrounding areas)Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Law, or a related field2-3 years of experience in an administrative assistant or office support roleExperience using AI tools for automation and better productivity of Administrative tasks.Strong organizational skills and "ATTENTION TO DETAIL" (very important)Excellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishNeed a computer with stable internet.Be able to work independently without much instruction.Ability to multi-task and access multiple data sources simultaneouslyMust have good problem-solving and analytical skillsKnowledge of Australian immigration regulations and procedures is desiredExperience in customer service or a client-facing role is a plus in English or in a Western Business Environment.To demonstrate your attention to detail, please include the words "Migration Excellence" in the first paragraph of your cover letter.Applications that do not follow this instruction may not be considered.
