Strong customer trust and loyalty reflect the company’s commitment to long-term partnerships and exceptional service.Role Description This full-time, on-site Auto CAD Draftsman role is based at the furniture factory in Sharjah. The Auto CAD Draftsman will prepare detailed technical and engineering drawings for custom furniture, ensuring designs are accurate, feasible, and aligned with client specifications and production requirements. Daily tasks include creating and revising CAD layouts, coordinating with designers, production supervisors, and project managers, and translating conceptual sketches and architectural drawings into precise manufacturing plans. The role involves checking measurements, materials, and construction details, as well as maintaining organized drawing files and documentation. The Auto CAD Draftsman will also support quality assurance by reviewing drawings for consistency and compliance with company standards.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong skills in Technical Drawing and Drawing for furniture and interior applications.Candidates should possess skills in Engineering Drawings for manufacturing, including dimensions, tolerances, and material specifications.Candidates should possess skills in Architectural Drawings, particularly layouts and elevations relevant to furniture and fit-out projects.Candidates should possess advanced proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools, especially AutoCAD or equivalent software.Diploma or degree in Drafting, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related technical field is preferred.Experience in furniture manufacturing, joinery, or interior fit-out environments is beneficial.Ability to read and interpret client specifications, technical standards, and construction documents.Strong attention to detail, accuracy in measurements, and ability to work to deadlines in a factory setting.Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary production and design teams.
