Role Description This full-time, on-site AutoCAD Drafter role at Blitz Creative Production is based in Dubai. The AutoCAD Drafter is responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings and detailed shop drawings for production and installation, following project specifications and industry standards. Day-to-day tasks include translating design concepts into clear architectural drawings, updating and revising drawings based on feedback, and coordinating with designers, engineers, and project managers to ensure feasibility and compliance. The role also involves maintaining organized drawing files, adhering to deadlines, and supporting quality control by checking measurements, materials, and alignment with project requirements.QualificationsStrong technical drawing skills, including proficiency in Technical Drawing and Drawing for creative and production environments.Experience creating detailed Shop Drawings suitable for fabrication, installation, and coordination with production teams.Ability to develop precise Architectural Drawings that follow project standards, codes, and client requirements.Background in Events is a MUST, with the ability to interpret and translate design concepts into buildable plans.Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant CAD software; familiarity with 2D and 3D drafting is an advantage.Diploma or degree in Architecture, Drafting, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.Attention to detail, strong spatial and mathematical skills, and the ability to work under time constraints.Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on-site in Dubai.
