The company focuses on turning concepts into realistic visualizations, combining strong technical expertise with creative insight to meet diverse presentation and design needs.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Autocad Drafter role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Autocad Drafter will prepare detailed architectural and technical drawings, including shop drawings, in accordance with project specifications and standards. Daily tasks include interpreting design concepts from architects and designers, developing accurate CAD plans, elevations, and sections, and updating drawings based on review comments and coordination meetings. The role involves collaborating with project teams to ensure drawings are aligned with design intent, maintaining organized drawing documentation, and meeting project timelines. The Autocad Drafter will also support quality control by checking drawings for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with applicable codes and guidelines.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong skills in Technical Drawing and general Drawing for precise and detailed documentation.Candidates should possess skills in Architectural Drawings and Architecture to translate design concepts into clear construction documents.Candidates should possess experience in preparing Shop Drawings for coordination with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant CAD software, with the ability to produce 2D and basic 3D drawings efficiently.Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Technology, or a related field.Strong attention to detail, ability to follow design standards, and familiarity with building codes and industry practices.Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary design teams on-site.Previous experience in architectural visualization or rendering environments is an advantage.Fresher/ 1 yrs experience with quick adaptation skill can also be considered.
