CAD DESK India provides structured training programs, experienced instructors, and certification options aimed at enhancing employability and technical expertise.Role Description The Autocad Trainer will deliver classroom-based training sessions on AutoCAD and related design tools to students and professionals at the Jaipur center. This full-time, on-site role involves preparing lesson plans, teaching fundamental to advanced AutoCAD concepts, demonstrating practical applications, and guiding learners through exercises and projects. The trainer will assess learner progress through assignments, tests, and project reviews, and provide constructive feedback to support skill development. Additional responsibilities include updating course materials, staying current with software developments, supporting curriculum improvements, and collaborating with the training team to ensure a high-quality learning experience.Qualifications Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, with practical experience in CAD design and drafting for engineering, architecture, or related fields.Ability to explain technical concepts clearly, design structured lesson plans, and facilitate interactive, learner-centered training sessions.Experience with other CAD/CAM/CAE software (such as Revit, SolidWorks, or similar tools) is an advantage.Effective communication skills, patience, and a learner-focused approach to teaching diverse groups.Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Design, or a related technical discipline preferred.Prior teaching, mentoring, or corporate training experience is beneficial, especially in software or technical subjects.Comfort with using computers, projectors, and digital training resources; willingness to adapt to updated software versions and tools.
