Job Description: Autoclave TechnicianLocation: Al Ain, UAE PositionType: Full-Time (Plant-based)Availability: Immediate Joiners PreferredJob Purpose We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Autoclave Technician to join our team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for running autoclave operations, hot press, demoulding, and tool preparation to produce cured composite structures strictly according to product design specifications.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Execution: Run autoclave operations, prepare bonded structures, and perform vacuum bagging and leak testing. Tooling & Demoulding: Prepare required moulding tools and safely demould cured products while maintaining high quality standards. Safety & Compliance: Verify all autoclave safety checks before every operation and strictly follow department QHSSE procedures. Requirements & QualificationsExperience: 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within a relevant manufacturing industry. Education: High School diploma, technical apprenticeship, or equivalent hands-on, on-the-job experience. Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Al Ain. Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
