automation initiatives across enterprise data centre and IT infrastructure environments.Drive automation involving Operating Systems, Compute, Storage, Backup and Network technologies.Design and oversee automation solutions across on-premises infrastructure and cloud platforms.Apply strong programming and scripting expertise using technologies such as Python, Java and JavaScript.Develop and promote API-based integrations between automation platforms and enterprise systems.Establish reusable automation approaches that improve scalability, maintainability and operational reliability.Apply cloud automation technologies and infrastructure engineering best practices.Ensure automation solutions align with enterprise security standards and operational requirements.Support integration between infrastructure automation tools, cloud services and existing enterprise technology platforms.Automation Lifecycle & Delivery ManagementOwn and oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of automation initiatives, from opportunity identification through implementation and operational adoption.Work closely with product owners, technical teams and stakeholders to define requirements and delivery priorities.Ensure automation projects are delivered within agreed timelines, technical standards and business objectives.Define and monitor appropriate automation KPIs to measure progress and business impact.Coordinate solution design, development, testing, deployment and ongoing improvement activities.Identify project risks, technical dependencies and implementation challenges.Manage escalations infrastructure automation experience, AI knowledge and leadership capability.Infrastructure & Automation7–10 years of experience in IT Automation and AI, including proven delivery of successful automation initiatives in complex infrastructure environments.Strong working knowledge of Data Centre infrastructure and IT Operations.Good understanding of Operating Systems, Compute, Storage, Backup
